Duties and Responsibilities
As an Office Appointment Scheduler and Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming calls and emails from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Scheduling service appointments and coordinating meetings for our sales and service teams.
- Providing product information, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
