  I had a wonderful experience with Jeff and Ben today! :-) I called this morning about having ice dams removed and they were able to fit me in later in the day! Jeff came first, for a free estimate which included heat loss sensing as well as checking for any interior moisture in the cold spots which were found. Both men were professional, knowledgeable and personable! They completed the job in about two hours. A nice touch was they also shoveled all of the ice and snow debris off of the sidewalks and driveway before they left. I can't say enough about my great experience in a not so great situation! They have the best pricing in town as well!

  I found a coupon in ValuPack and thought I would give Chem Master a try. The customer service person who took my cal was very nice and helpful. She was able to get someone out on the day I needed it done. Travis, the tech, was awesome! Very friendly and thorough. The carpet in my small apt had been trashed by my two dogs and, as a rental, I needed to make sure it was cleaned well. It WAS! And looked great, too! The price and service was great and would definitely use Chem Master again, as well as recommend to others!

  Awesome job, pleasant, on time, cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, George and Andrew, even worked through their lunch hour in order to get our difficult house done. We have some very interesting duct work, but they did a thorough job and it is fresher smelling in here. Would definitely have them back. Tim, did a great job on cleaning carpet too. It dried fast in about 4 hours.
